Where can I park on campus?
Parking will be available in Lot 105 The Campus Map on the Location page will show you where lot 105 is located.
Are there local hotels nearby?
Yes—there are hotels in the surrounding area. We recommend looking at hotels in Piscataway, which is closer to Livingston Campus. The University Inn and Conference Center also offers a small amount of rooms on campus.
Will there be food provided at the summit?
Yes, included in your registration fee is a continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Retail space, including Starbucks, is located down the street at the Livingston Apartments.
Is Wi-Fi Available?
There are two ways to access Wi-Fi on Rutgers Campus. The first is connecting to the eduroam Wi-Fi network. This system has more than 100 participating members. Connecting this network means you use your institution’s login information. If you have never accessed this system, you can google your institution’s name and “eduroam” to find out your specific institution’s instructions on how to access the eduroam system. This system is a secure network and should work for their mobile and computing devices.
The other option is to connect to Rutgers' unsecured Guest Network. To join: Navigate to your Settings/WiFi Menu and connect to “RUWireless” NOT Secure. When the popup appears, select “I want Guest Internet Access” After agreeing to the Terms of Service, you should be successfully connected. This method should work for their mobile and computing devices
